The JWM approach

Build the system. Develop the leaders. Make performance visible.

01

See the operation clearly

Establish the facts at the gemba: flow, constraints, labor, quality, material, leadership behaviors, and management cadence.

02

Install lean operating discipline

Translate the critical few losses into standard work, visual management, practical countermeasures, accountable owners, and a daily execution rhythm.

03

Develop leaders who sustain results

Use servant leadership and leader standard work to build teams around three critical focuses: Training, Empowerment, and Accountability.

Leadership philosophy

Training. Empowerment. Accountability.

We get results through people. Data clarifies the problem, systems create consistency, and capable leaders turn both into sustained performance.

T

Training

Build the capability, confidence, and standard work required to perform the role well.

E

Empowerment

Give leaders the authority, information, and coaching to make sound decisions at the right level.

A

Accountability

Set clear expectations, inspect the process, and follow through consistently on commitments and results.

Operating experience

Leadership forged at every level of the plant.
